By registering for, accessing, or using our Service—including opting in to SMS notifications—you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety.

2. Description of Service

Forsyth House provides an AI-powered personal assistant platform designed to help users manage tasks, schedules, reminders, and communications. The Service may include, but is not limited to:

• Task creation, tracking, and confirmation
• Calendar management and scheduling alerts
• Reminder and notification delivery
• General assistant communications
• SMS-based notification services

3. SMS Notification Service

As part of the Service, you may opt in to receive text (SMS) messages from Forsyth House AI Personal Assistant Services. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive automated or non-automated SMS messages, including reminders, alerts, calendar updates, task confirmations, and general assistant communications.

Forsyth House does not charge for SMS messages; however, standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major US wireless providers. We are not liable for delays or failures in receiving SMS messages due to carrier conditions.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information at the time of registration
• Promptly update information to keep it accurate and complete
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
